Stength Pronation

Physical Therapy in Chevy Chase and Washington, DC for Elbow

Sit with your right forearm supported on a table, elbow bent, and palm facing upwards.

Attach a resistance band to the right, parallel to the tabletop.

Grasp the band and turn your forearm into a palm downwards position against resistance.

Return to the start position with control.

Repeat as advised by your Physical Therapist.
